The local guides were well-chosen experts and we particularly enjoyed the ones who led us through Tangiers, Chefchouen and Fes, both because of their knowledge and their sharing of their experiences growing up in the neighborhoods we were discovering. We had two great cooking classes, stays in excellent hotels, and wonderful meals in restaurants often recommended by Yassin, Mohammed, or the guides.
