“We had a great experience on a two-week tour of Japan! Firstly, our tour plan was expertly designed and encompassed many of our personal choices. The hotels and transportation choices (both private and public types) were top-notch and placed us conveniently to each tour location. Our guides were the highlight that made the trip so enjoyable, They were all friendly, energetic, and extremely helpful. They made the tour so much better by providing a local perspective. They also gave us practical suggestions for our free days so we could explore on our own with confidence. We had a great tour experience and would highly recommend this company to others.”

“Sherry is still working on finalizing the plan but she has done a wonderful job so far. I am looking forward to this trip very much!”

“Sherry is super good, reliable and efficient. I’m very happy with the itinerary she build up for me and all her valuable tips and suggestions. I just need to finalize my trip and confirm the booking :)”

“Sherry was a great help, i would highly recommend her to anyone looking for advice.”

“The travel I have done to China was one of the best experiences I had in tourism. Not only for the country,, but also for the competence of the Agency, and its representative Ms Sherry and all the team of the company. In a very short period, I was able to know all touristic points I intended and very little preoccupation for me. The Hotels were very good, with good accommodations and international and Chinese breakfast. In one of the Hotels I had problems with the internet connection, but it was something I already knew could happen. The guides were very helpful, and presented me with very important information about the locals, and solved any issue possible in the travel.”

“Sherry/Mollie’s service, details of planning and execution of plans met all of my expectations! If I communicate a concern to them, they would reply with a response with 12 to 18 hours. I gave them a blank canvas and they provide me with the Mona Lisa. Thank you and I will be control again about my next big trip!”

“This is the second time we have used Insight Guides. Last year a trip to Madagascar was brilliant in all aspects so we decided to used them again for a long trip to Malaysia and Thailand totalling over 4 weeks door to door. I created a custom itinerary which after some weeks of planning with the RG team we had a game plan. It was a private tour so expensive as holidays go but the way the RG system works one gets the chance to work with 3 different agents from 3 different local companies and one can choose levels of hotel luxury. The only downside of this was 3 times the work to do the detailed planning, after receiving the 3 proposals I discarded 2 and concentrated on fine tuning the 3rd one, with the agent who I felt was listening to my needs The actual trip was amazing and everything worked pretty seamlessly even though we were looked after by 2 local companies, one in each country.”

“Excellent service from the early beginning helping me to define my trip plan, to whole the ammenities and reservations done until the very last detail. I had my time invested on being overwhelmed by the Japanese culture, people, parks, fun and empathy and not worried about the hotel, the taxi, the bus, the road, the car... fantastic service as it lets you free to enjoy a real vacations!”

“I did not yet made a reservation, But up to now, the trip Sunny crafted for me seems wonderful. I have only had good experiences with insight guides. 10/10”

“Sunny and the whole Insight Guides team - thank for expert preparation - I had an amazing time - truly the experience I was looking for. Please also ensure that all appropriate people know how amazing my guide, Tao, was. He ensured that I was well cared for throughout my time in Thailand. He’s a standout - the best guide experience I’ve ever had! Thanks again”

“We really enjoyed the door to door service, it made things really convenient. The quality of all the lodgings were superb. All guides and drivers exceeded expectations. Cuong Tom Cruise in Saigon was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining Historical details. Nguyen Du in Hoi A Bay again very knowledgable about the forbidden purple city and was very helpful with us by getting custom clothing made. Peter Nguyen our guide in Hanoi - Halong Bay went above and beyond by even assisting us in booking our flight as well as being knowledgeable about the history and sites toured.”
