“We were well looked after on our 12 day trip in Mexico in particular the attention provided by Jose . So much that we would refer him to our friends and come again to Mexico.”

“This was our first experience with a guided trip. We were very pleased with Insight Guides . All the people involved were friendly, attentive and well organised. Alvaro at the beginning worked really hard to tailor the trip to our needs . He patiently listened to what we wanted and adapted the trip as the planning evolved. The tour guides (at Palenque, Calakmul, Uxmal)were all exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our days out with them. When there was a hiccup on the last day with one of the taxi companies not turning up and then protesters closing the route to the airport, Benjamin efficiently sorted it all out and organised a refund for us for the missed transfer. Thank you very much!”

“Taken care of every step of the way- be it the original planning, the booking or indeed the guides and tours provided nothing was left to chance and made our trip easy, reassuring, fun and interesting. Thank you Jefferson for making this all happen and to our guides too.”

“This is the second time I rely on Insight Guides to help me plannning a travel abroad - the first experience was to Guatemala, and now to Mexico. On both occasions, the support received from Insight Guides was excellent, and the local partners recommended by them were outstanding.”

“The trip was a good one...Insight Guides selected some great activities and we had fun at the nice little boutique hotel they selected. We had some weather issues with our last activity but the Insight Guides folks figured out how to get us taken care of with that unfortunate circumstance. The people on the activities we took were great, the Insight Guides people obviously know the terrain well.”
